Processes: 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Turn-mill, Wire EDM, Laser cutting, CNC bending, Welding, Anodizing Type II and III, Bead blasting, Powder coating, Passivation, Laser marking, 6061-T6, 7075-T6, Stainless 304 / 316, Brass C36000, Titanium Gr5, PEEK, POM, 3K carbon fiber.

Why engineering teams choose us

The parts other parts depend on, made exactly to print and proven with data.

Every order starts with an engineer reading your drawing. If a wall is too thin, a radius too small or a tolerance tighter than the function needs, you hear about it with the quote — not after the parts are made.

Programs, fixtures and inspection plans stay on file, so a re-order runs exactly like the first.

5-axis CNC machining center milling a complex aluminum part

Complex housings, manifolds, impellers and brackets machined in one or two set-ups on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers — fewer re-clamps, better positional accuracy.

How it works

From drawing to delivery in four steps

Typical timing for machined prototypes; production depends on quantity and finish.

  1. Send your files

STEP or IGES plus a PDF drawing with tolerances, material, finish and quantity. NDA available on request.

    Day 0
  2. DFM review and quote

An engineer checks manufacturability and replies with price, lead time and suggestions to cut cost.

    Within 24 hours
  3. Machining and finishing

Programs and fixtures are built, first articles inspected, then the batch is machined and finished.

    3–7 days for prototypes
  4. Inspection and shipping

Critical dimensions 100% inspected, report attached, packed for export and shipped door to door.

Quality

Measured, recorded and shipped with the report

Quality is planned before the first chip. Critical-to-function dimensions are flagged at quote stage and the inspection plan is built around them.

  • First-article inspection before batch production starts.
  • 100% inspection of critical dimensions before shipment.
  • Inspection reports and material certificates on request, under ISO 9001.
  • CMM
  • Height gauges
  • Thread plug and ring gauges
  • Bore gauges
  • Roughness tester
  • Micrometers

Materials

Guides from the shop floor

Machining Custom Metal Knobs: Knurling, Finishes and Fits

A good metal knob depends as much on its bore fit and runout as on its finish. This guide covers knurling patterns, materials, finishes and the main ways knobs attach to shafts in audio, appliance and automotive controls.

Sheet Metal Fabrication vs CNC Machining for Enclosures

Sheet metal is usually cheaper for uniform-wall enclosures and brackets, while CNC machining wins on varying thickness and tight tolerances. This guide compares both and explains bend radius and K-factor basics.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer.

What is the minimum order quantity for CNC machined parts?

There is no real minimum: we machine single prototypes and also run low- and mid-volume production. Per-part prices fall as quantity rises because programming, fixturing and first-article inspection are spread over more pieces.

How fast can I get a quote?

Send a 3D model (STEP, IGES or X_T) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, and an engineer usually replies within 24 hours on business days with price, lead time and any design-for-manufacturing notes.

What tolerances can you hold?

Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm. On critical features we hold down to ±0.005 mm, depending on material, size and geometry. Call out only the dimensions that truly need it — tighter tolerances add inspection time and cost.

Which file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, X_T, STL, SLDPRT, DWG, DXF and PDF. A 3D model plus a 2D PDF drawing showing tolerances, threads and finish requirements gives the fastest and most accurate quote.

How do you control quality on export orders?

We work under an ISO 9001 quality system: first-article inspection, in-process checks and 100% inspection of critical dimensions before shipment using CMM, height gauges, thread gauges and roughness testers. Inspection reports and material certificates are available on request.

Do you sign NDAs and protect my drawings?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before you share drawings, restrict files to the engineers working on your job, and never reuse customer designs.
